The Menu · Est. 1993

Three decades on Ponce.
One menu, all night long.

Burgers flipped since Clinton's first term. Milkshakes spun by hand. Meatloaf sliced at midnight. This is the comfort-food menu the Halverson family has been serving Atlanta for thirty-one years — same grill, same recipes, same linoleum.

Chapter One · The Grill

The burgers that put us on the map.

Quarter-pound patties hand-formed every morning, smashed on a flat-top seasoned with thirty-one years of Atlanta dinners. Led by the Galaxy Burger — the chrome-dusted, pickle-brined beauty Food Network called "a shrine to mid-century overindulgence" in 2022.

The Galaxy Burger

Double chuck, American & cheddar, hand-brined pickle, bibb lettuce, secret sauce on a milk-brioche bun. The one that started it all in '93 — and the reason the line at 1 a.m. wraps around the corner.

$13.50 1.5% of every sale donated to the Atlanta Community Food Bank — $41,800 contributed in 2023.

The Ponce Classic

$11.95

Single quarter-pounder, American cheese, onion, pickle, house sauce. The original 1993 recipe — unchanged, undressed, unbeatable.
